These curry mixes are hand-blended by Dakshina - a family business in Invercargill.  Suhasini Scott, originally from Hyderabad in India, had been experimenting with spices and seasonings for over twenty years. After wowing her family and friends with her recipes, she knew she had created something special, and Dakshina was born.

Made from locally sourced ingredients inspired by the flavours and dishes of South East Asia.  Contains no chemicals or preservatives.
