Fresh Pasta, Pesto, Sauce and Hummus

Christchurch-based Pasta Vera ("vera" means true, or real, in Italian), make delicious fresh pasta from a blend of durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, free range eggs and water.  Their pesto is made with fresh basil grown in Cambridge.

Vegan options include egg-free tagliatelle with green hemp protein and spinach, hummus and a dairy-free basil pesto.
