Pasta, fettuccine, 500g


Fresh tender pasta ribbons made with free-range eggs (flat cut 5mm). Perfect for creamy sauces like lush, cheesy Alfredo or a creamy tomato sauce - since the pasta has more surface area, it's easier for heavier sauces to adhere to.


To cook bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add the required amount of fresh pasta and boil for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce or pesto. 


Use within 3 days of opening otherwise freeze and then cook from frozen in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes.
