Pasta, pappardelle, fresh, 500g


Fresh tender pasta ribbons made with free range eggs (flat cut 20mm). The large surface area and the texture of the pasta make pappardelle the perfect accompaniment to more robust sauces and ragus.


To cook bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add required amount of fresh pasta and boil for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain and serve with your favourite sauce. or pesto.  


Use within 3 days of opening otherwise freeze and then cook from frozen in boiling salted water for 7-8 minutes.  


Not available on its own, can be added to any box order including the "Build Your Own Box" option.
