Ravioli, Spinach & "Ricotta", (vegan)
Another fabulous creation from Pasta Vera, Ravioli stuffed with vegan ricotta (made in-house using cashew nuts to give it that creaminess), and roasted spinach. Pack size is 400g, serves 4.
To cook, bring a large pot of salted water to the boil. Add required amount of fresh pasta and boil for 3-4 minutes until al dente. Drain & serve with your favourite sauce. Pairs beautifully with this sundried tomato, basil and chilli tapenade.
