The Tofuman has been making fresh tofu in Christchurch for over 40 years.  


Made from a Canadian origin soya bean, which is considered to have the best and highest protein content.  No preservatives. 

The standard tofu is ordered via pre-order only to ensure you get the freshest tofu possible.  We will pick up twice a week from The Tofuman, on a Monday and Wednesday.

Store in a water-filled container in the fridge, refreshing the water daily.
