We've teamed up with The Tofuman of Christchurch, a family-owned business who have over forty years of expertise in tofu craftsmanship.  


The tofu is made from a Canadian-origin soya bean, which is considered to have the best and highest protein content, and contains no preservatives. 

The standard tofu is ordered via pre-order only to ensure you get the freshest tofu possible.  We will pick up twice a week from The Tofuman, on Monday and Wednesday.

Once you have your tofu home, store it in a water-filled container in the fridge, refreshing the water daily. It can last  5-7 days this way.
