Fresh Pasta, Pesto & Sauce

Christchurch-based Pasta Vera  (Vera" means "true", or "real", in Italian), create delicious, authentic fresh pasta, pesto and sauce.  

 

The fresh pasta is made from a blend of durum wheat semolina, soft wheat flour, free range eggs and water, whilst the pesto is made with fresh Cambridge-grown basil.
