Store
Keep baby spinach in the fridge, loosely wrapped or in its original bag. Lining the bag or container with paper towel helps absorb excess moisture. Use within a few days while the leaves are fresh and perky.

Prep
Rinse gently just before using and spin or pat dry. There’s no need to remove stems, they’re tender and edible.

Eat raw or cook
Baby spinach is ideal eaten raw in salads, wraps, and sandwiches. It also wilts very quickly, so add it right at the end of cooking for pasta, eggs, soups, or curries.
