Store
Store tomatoes at room temperature, away from direct sunlight. Refrigerate only once fully ripe or if they’ve been cut, then bring back to room temperature before using for the best flavour.
Prep
Rinse just before using and remove the stem. Slice, chop, or leave whole depending on use.
Eat raw or cook
Tomatoes are great raw in salads, sandwiches, and salsas. They’re also excellent roasted, grilled, or cooked down into sauces, soups, and stews.
