We're all about fresh, local goodness—delivering premium-quality fruit, vegetables, and artisan foods straight to homes and workplaces across the South Island.

For five years, Eatlocal has been Christchurch’s trusted fresh food delivery service, working with New Zealand’s finest growers and artisans to bring high-quality, locally sourced food straight to your door. Whether it’s a weekly fruit and vegetable box, a custom selection, or a workplace fruit delivery, we make it easy to enjoy the best of local, without the supermarket hassle.

Joanne Webb, owner and hands-on operator of Eatlocal, wears many hats to ensure every order is spot-on. With a genuine passion for fresh, high-quality food, she carefully selects each item to meet her high standards—the same ones she'd expect for her own kitchen.

“I take great pride in selecting only the best produce and love that my customers trust me to be their eyes when I pack their order.  The thought of them opening the box and going, "oh wow, this looks amazing," is what gets me out of bed in the morning!”

When she’s not packing orders or chatting with customers, Joanne’s quite literally on the run—she’s completed 15 marathons after being told she would never do one! Her training taught her firsthand the importance of fuelling up with fresh, wholesome food. She loves experimenting in the kitchen, with a particular fondness for baking.

Her day isn't complete without a stroll through Christchurch’s Hagley Park with Zac, her beloved (and highly photogenic) 12 year-old mini-Schnauzer and unofficial Eatlocal mascot.
