Delivery Timeframes
Orders are typically processed within 1-2 business days of receipt (sometimes the same day). Once dispatched, delivery usually takes:​

Urban addresses: 1-3 business days

Rural addresses: 2-4 business days
Please note that these are estimated timeframes and may vary during peak periods or due to circumstances beyond our control.

Rural Delivery Surcharge
Rural deliveries incur additional costs as determined by our courier network. If you select urban shipping at checkout but your address is deemed rural by our courier network:

We will contact you with the additional cost

Your order will be held until the rural delivery surcharge is paid

Orders will only be dispatched once full payment is received
To avoid delays, please verify your address classification before ordering. While you can check your address status using NZ Post's Address Postcode Finder. Please note that final rural classification is determined by our courier network.
