A cross between Royal Gala and Splendour, they have firm white flesh that’s very juicy, with subtle notes of pear and banana.
 
These apples are typically deep red to crimson in colour, sometimes with light speckling or russeting.
 
Best suited as an eating apple, they’re ideal for slicing, platters, or juicing. They also store well when kept in the fridge, holding their crunch over time. Approximately 4 per kg,
