Keep fresh chillies in the fridge crisper drawer. They also freeze well whole if you want to extend their life.

Prep
Wash and trim the stem. Slice or chop as needed. Remove seeds if you want less heat. Wash your hands well after handling.

Eat raw or cook
Chillies can be used raw for heat and freshness, or cooked into sauces, stir-fries, curries, and soups. Cooking mellows the heat slightly and rounds out the flavour.
