Keep coriander in the fridge, loosely wrapped or with the stems standing in a jar of water. Cover lightly with a bag to stop it drying out and use while the leaves are fresh.Prep
Rinse gently and dry well. Trim the stems if needed. The leaves and stems are usable. Stems have a stronger flavour and are great for cooking.Eat raw or cook
Coriander is commonly used raw in salads, salsas, and as a garnish. It can also be cooked, especially the stems which work well in curries, soups, and pastes. Add the leaves at the end, as heat dulls the flavour quickly.
