    Keep radishes in the fridge crisper drawer. If the tops are attached, remove them first. Store the radishes in a bag or container lined with paper towel to help them stay crisp.

    Prep
    Rinse well and trim the root tip and stem end. Slice, quarter, or leave whole depending on use.

    Eat raw or cook
    Radishes are great raw for crunch in salads, slaws, and sandwiches. They can also be roasted or sautéed, which mellows their peppery bite and brings out a subtle sweetness.
