Store whole onions in a cool, dry place with good airflow. Once cut, wrap and refrigerate, and use within a few days.Prep
Trim the ends, remove the skin, and slice or dice as needed. If onions make you tear up, chilling them briefly can help.at raw or cook
Onions can be eaten raw in salads and salsas. They’re also the base of many cooked dishes and work well sautéed, roasted, caramelised, or added to soups and sauces. Red onions are milder and great raw, while brown onions are stronger and especially good for cooking.
