  • Store
    Keep broccoli unwashed in the fridge crisper drawer. It’s best used within a few days before the florets start to yellow.

    Prep
    Rinse just before using. Cut florets from the stalk - and don’t ditch the stalk, it’s great sliced or grated once the outer skin is trimmed.

    Eat raw or cook
    Broccoli can be eaten raw in salads or slaws. It’s also excellent steamed, roasted, or stir-fried. Avoid overcooking - it should stay bright green with a bit of bite.
